Reception into St Osburg's Church followed by Requiem Mass at 5pm on 4th August. There will be a church service at St Osburg's Church, at 9am on 5th August, followed by a burial at 12 noon at Canley Gardens, Canley Crematorium, Cannon Hill Road, Coventry, CV4 7DF.
